The listing of any weapons including knifes is not permitted, these items will be removed from any listings, any removed item from this category will not be eligible for a refund.

User must be 18 or over as you will be liable for any transactions you enter into on Job-Lot.com.

All items must be described as accurately as possible and listed into the correct category.  No adult material is permitted on the site whatsoever. Users that do upload adult material will receive a lifetime ban.

Any  users who breach the law will have their account closed and details may be passed on to the correct authorities for further prosecution.

All users have the right to report any users who misuse  the services of Job-Lot.com.  All complaints will be taken seriously and may result in accounts being disabled if the complaint is upheld.

All items uploaded to Job-Lot.com must be the legal property of the seller.  All images and descriptions must not breach any copyright or trademark laws.

It is strictly prohibited to use Job-Lot.com services to distribute any form of spam or mass marketing information.

Users have the right to cancel their advertisement at any time without any penalty.  Items are listed for a maximum of one month or until sold if sooner than the 1 month period.  Adverts are free to list for a period of one month or until sold, which ever is the soonest.

Users are responsible for maintaining their items.  If users are still receiving enquires about an item that has been sold it is their responsibility to remove the item from Job-Lot.com

Items advertised on Job-Lot.com are the sole liability of the seller.  Job-lot.com takes no responsibility for the items or the terms of the final sale. We will, however, endeavour  to assist in any disputes from the sale of the items advertised on Job-Lot.com.

Job-Lot.com has no association or links with any of our advertisers and the items they are selling.

Job-Lot.com reserve the right to modify and update its Terms and Conditions without prior notice of notification.

Job-Lot.com is free to advertise for a period of 1 month or until sold if sooner than the 1 month period. There are no additional fees for final sale price etc.

Job-Lot.com reserve the right  to withdraw any advert early if they feel the item is in breach of the terms and conditions.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.  We do not sell or allow any other party to have access to your Job-Lot.com details.

Marketing information will only be sent from Job-Lot.com if you have specified you wish to receive it.

No buyer will have direct access to any of your details unless the seller permits them to after first contact through our safe contact form.

The buyer and seller are fully liable for exchange contact details.  Job-Lot.com will never pass contact details on to either party.

By completing the contact form the buyer permits the seller to receive their email address as the main form of contact.

Never give out any of your personal details that you do not wish anyone to know. Telephone numbers, date of birth information etc is not required to complete a transaction.  Phone numbers are optional to be given to a third party and this is down to the discretion of the seller.
